Q: What was your reaction to learning about Laidback Luke had wanted to help you at the beginning of your career?
A: It felt like a really big step and gave me a lot of motivation to reach my goals I had planned for myself. It is a honor someone like him is willing to help you at such a young age!
Q: What was the first thing you did when you heard your song was an Essential Choice on Pete Tong’s BBC radio show?
A: That was amazing to hear, I couldn’t believe it at the time because I was just only 16 years old at the time. When I heard that it’s really big to be chosen as an essential choice, it made me smile even more! 
Q: Which Artist(s) inspired/inspires you?
A: A lot of artists inspire me. From David Guetta to Ryan Leslie. I’m getting inspiration from all kinds of producers and artists, whether it’s dance music or not.
Q: What is your favorite city to play at in the US?
A: That’s a hard question, because every city is amazing to play in the USA. If I had to choose, I think it would be Hollywood, Los Angeles. Insane!
Q: How would you describe your sound?
A: It’s a combination of different elements, I try to be different with each track. It’s powerful, energetic but at the same time it’s also euphoric.
Q: What do you look for in a track?
A: I try to look for the ‘big explosion’, that’s how I call the drop in a track. It has to be really big for me, it has to give me goosebumps.
Q: What is your favorite track at the moment?
A: My favorite track at the moment is Gareth Emery – Tokyo. Great track, euphoric and with a big explosion ;)
Q: Which is your favorite venue to play at?
A: There are lots, but The Voyeur, San Diego was really nice. Crowd was crazy!
Q: Which gig has been your all time favorite? Why?
A: I think it was at Ibiza, Privilege. I did a 3 hours set and every single track I played was going nuts, for 3 hours long. That incredible!
Q: What was the strangest gig you have ever played?
A: My strangest gig, hmm that’s a hard question! I think I didn’t really had that experience so far!
Q: What event would be your dream event to play at and why?
A: That’s without a doubt Sensation White. I always looked up to the dj’s that played there for the last couple years and it’s a big event.
Q: What has been your favorite song/remix that you have worked on?
A: I think it’s Calvin Harris and Kelis with Bounce. That original hook is really great, and it’s great to work with such great vocals from a vocalist like Kelis.
Q: Can you tell us about any future plans or upcoming work?
A: We have lined up a series of new tracks, that are gonna explode in 2012. All I have to say is, watch out for it!
